Is the tour private?

Yes. Every tour is 100% private for the group that booked the service. That way, the experience can be adapted to the group's pace and interests.

Where does the tour start?

If the tour starts in the morning, I meet the client directly at their accommodation when it is in Paris. For tours that start later, the meeting point is arranged in advance according to the itinerary.

How does payment work?

To book the date, a payment of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour takes place.

Is the 30% amount refundable?

No. The amount paid to reserve the date is not refundable, because it guarantees the availability of the time slot reserved exclusively for your group.

What if it rains on the day of the tour? Can I reschedule?

In case of rain, the tour can be rescheduled if a date and time are available. Rescheduling is not mandatory.

What transportation is used during the tour?

Tours are done mainly on foot, for a closer experience of the city. When needed, we can use local public transport. Transport tickets are not included in the tour price.

What is included in the tour price?

The price includes planning and delivering the private tour, according to the booked experience. Attraction tickets, transportation, and meals are not included.

Are attraction tickets included?

No. When the itinerary includes attractions that require a ticket, the client pays for those tickets separately.

Is food included in the food tour?

No. Food and drinks consumed during the tour are paid separately by the client. The amount varies with the number of people and what the group chooses to try.

Can I customize the tour to my interests?

Yes. Tours can be adapted to the group's interests, pace, and preferences. When booking, we align what you would like to see and the best way to make the most of the time available.

How long does the tour last?

Duration depends on the experience you choose. Currently, 2h, 4h, and 6h options are available, and they may vary according to the booked service.

Does the tour still happen if it rains?

Yes, except in situations where weather conditions would compromise the experience. When needed, we look together at adapting or rescheduling the tour.
